消化内镜腔细菌生物膜有效清除方法

【摘要】：目的评价消化内镜腔生物膜清除方法与效果。方法建立人工生物膜模型,通过电镜扫描和细菌定量检测方法,观察2 000 mg/L过氧乙酸、5 500 mg/L邻苯二甲醛和20 g/L戊二醛等3种消毒剂以及碱性清洗剂、去生物膜清洗剂及常规多酶清洗剂等清洗剂对生物膜的清除效果。结果过氧乙酸消毒剂清除生物膜合格率最高,为100.0%;戊二醛清除效果最差,合格率为33.3%。碱性含酶清洗剂清除生物膜效果最好,各种清洗剂的生物膜清除率随温度升高而增加,40℃时均可达到95.0%以上。结论消化内镜生物膜清除困难,需科学选择和正确使用清除方法,过氧乙酸可快速清除生物膜。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the method and effect of digestive endoscopy biofilm removal. Methods the artificial biofilm model was established and three kinds of disinfectants such as 5 500 mg / L phthalaldehyde and 20 g / L glutaraldehyde and alkaline cleaning agent were observed by electron microscope scanning and bacterial quantitative detection. Removal effect of biofilm cleaning agent and conventional multi-enzyme cleaning agent on biofilm.
