中温润滑手工清洗手术器械的效果评价

【摘要】：目的探寻润滑剂浸泡手工清洗后手术器械发挥最大润滑防锈功能的使用温度,降低器械生锈率,提高手术器械清洁度,保证灭菌质量。方法将手术包随机分为常温组、中温组、煮沸组3组,每组8个手术包,含轴节器械235件;手工清洗后分别采用中温(60℃)、常温、煮沸润滑剂浸泡2min,90℃烘干;观察3组器械润滑效果及累加3个月的器械生锈率。结果中温组、常温组、煮沸组器械生锈率分别为1.7%、5.9%、5.1%,中温组生锈率与其他两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);中温组器械表面光滑亮洁,关节灵活性比常温组、煮沸组效能稳定。结论手工清洗手术器械采用中温润滑剂浸泡效果优于煮沸润滑法和常温润滑法。
