西安市属医疗机构医护人员手卫生监测

【摘要】：目的了解西安市属医疗机构医护人员手卫生现状,为改善手卫生状况、控制院内感染的发生提供科学依据。方法依据WS/T313-2009《医务人员手卫生规范》,随机采样监测医护人员的手卫生情况。结果 3年共采样543份,合格321份,合格率为59.1%,2011-2013年合格率依次为62.2%、52.9%和62.7%,不同年度间差别无统计学意义(P0.05)。三级医院医护人员手卫生合格率(68.3%)高于二级医院(55.9%),两者间差别有统计学意义(P0.05);Ⅱ类环境医护人员手卫生合格率(85.9%)明显高于Ⅲ类环境(50.2%),两者间差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论西安市属医疗机构医护人员手卫生合格率总体偏低,应加强手卫生的教育培训,严格执行医护人员手卫生规范,进一步控制减少医院内感染的发生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the hand hygiene status of medical staff in Xi'an, and to provide scientific basis for improving hand hygiene and controlling nosocomial infection. Methods according to WS/ T 313-2009, the hand hygiene condition of medical staff was monitored by random sampling. Results A total of 543 samples were collected in three years, 321 were qualified, and the qualified rate was 59.1% and 62.7% in 2011-2013, respectively. There was no significant difference between different years (P0.05). The pass rate of hand hygiene in the third class hospital (68.3%) was higher than that in the second class hospital (55.9%), the difference between them was statistically significant (P0.05), and the qualified rate of hand hygiene of the medical staff in class 鈪，
