【摘要】：目的了解住院血液系统疾病患者医院感染的发生现状,以便采取有效防控措施。方法通过回顾性方法,对某医院血液科2011年度住院患者医院感染及相关因素进行调查与分析。结果该医院血液科2011年度共调查住院病人2 681例,发生医院感染57例、62例次,感染率为2.13%、例次感染率为2.31%。57例医院感染患者原发病居前3位的是急性白血病、慢性白血病和多发性骨髓瘤。下呼吸道感染占43.54%,其次是血液感染占24.19%。感染的病原菌比例较高的是表皮葡萄球菌和人型葡萄球菌。结论在血液系统疾病患者中,患有恶性肿瘤的病人最容易发生医院感染,致病菌以革兰阳性球菌为优势菌。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of nosocomial infection in patients with hematological diseases in order to take effective prevention and control measures. Methods the nosocomial infection and related factors of the inpatients in a hospital in 2011 were investigated and analyzed retrospectively. Results A total of 2681 inpatients were investigated in this hospital in 2011, 57 cases of nosocomial infection occurred 62 times, the infection rate was 2.13 and the second infection rate was 2.31.57 cases of nosocomial infection were the first 3 cases of acute leukemia. Chronic leukemia and multiple myeloma. Lower respiratory tract infection accounted for 43. 54%, followed by blood infection 24. 19%. Staphylococcus epidermidis and human staphylococcus were the most common pathogens. Conclusion among the patients with hematological diseases, patients with malignant tumors are most likely to develop nosocomial infection, and Gram-positive cocci are the predominant bacteria.
