吴县市1991-2000年居民病伤死亡原因分析

【摘要】: 目的:了解吴县市居民病伤死亡的主要疾病,主要死因的分布特点及变化趋势。 方法:利用吴县市1991~2000年居民病伤死亡病例资料,进行统计分析。按照国际疾病分类法(ICD-9)将全部死因分类,分别计算全死因死亡率、死因别死亡率、年龄别死亡率、死因构成及其顺位。以1990年全国人口普查数据作为标准人口,计算标化死亡率。计算平均期望寿命并评价主要死因疾病对寿命损失的影响。所有统计分析均采用SPSS10.0统计软件。 结果:吴县市1991-2000年居民总死亡率平均为667.22/10万,男性717.72/10万,女性617.15/10万。标化死亡率平均为430.96/10万,男性482.74/10万,女性382.03/10万。1991-2000年吴县市居民前五位主要疾病为恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、呼吸系病、损伤和中毒、心脏病。男性的恶性肿瘤、损伤和中毒的死亡率均高于女性(P0.05)。女性心脏病的死亡率高于男性(P0.05)。吴县市居民死亡的主要疾病中,恶性肿瘤和脑血管病的死亡率呈上升趋势(恶性肿瘤166.61→188.57/10万,脑血管病136.36→174.27/10万),呼吸系病呈逐年下降趋势(141.50→126.68/10万)。死因顺位发生了较大改变,传染病寄生虫病由第8位下降到第10位,新生儿病和先天异常下降到前10位以外。与生活方式、心理健康相关的内分泌代谢免疫病和精神病的死亡率由未列入和10位上升到第7、8位。各年龄组主要死因构成存在差异,婴儿期
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the main diseases, the distribution characteristics and the changing trend of the main causes of death among the residents in Wuxian.
