东莞市大朗镇工人职业伤害的流行病学调查研究

【摘要】: 人类在获取生产资料和生活资料的生产过程中,难免会受到来自自然界、作业场所甚至劳动工具的伤害。进入社会化大生产之后,这种伤害变得日益严重。马克思把这称为大自然对人类的惩罚。国际劳工组织在近年的一份报告指出,随着经济全球化以及公司之间越来越激烈的竞争,职业性伤害事故变得越来越普遍,在目前全世界27亿劳工人口中,每年有大约120万人死于各种工伤事故。 在全球范围内,伤害致死者占全部死亡人数的10%。伤害是中青年人的主要死因。伤害所造成的负担占全球疾病和伤残负担的10%;而职业伤害是伤害死亡的主要组成部分,占整个伤害疾病负担的20%左右,其所造成的直接经济损失相当于世界各国国民经济总产值的5‰。 当前,我国社会经济正高速发展,工业发展迅猛,而企业职工伤亡事故的平均死亡率高于世界平均水平,职业安全形势十分严峻,我国因职业伤害和伤残所致经济损失和社会影响,已日益受到关注。 本文通过对东莞市大朗镇1999~2006年工厂企业职业伤害进行流行病学分析,揭示该地区职业伤害的流行病学特征,对职业伤害的预防提出了对策,给政府决策部门制定职业安全相关法律、法规提供有价值的参考依据。
