两种过氧乙酸消毒方法对集装箱消毒效果的比较

【摘要】:目的比较两种过氧乙酸消毒方法对集装箱的消毒效果。方法采用过氧乙酸加压雾化消毒法及过氧乙酸熏蒸消毒法对集装箱内的物品消毒,对比集装箱内3个部位物品表面消毒前后的自然菌数,计算杀灭率。结果两种方法消毒后菌落数都明显降低,其中过氧乙酸加压雾化法杀灭率为95.6%,过氧乙酸熏蒸法杀灭率为90.1%,两者差异有统计学意义(χ~2=20.73,P0.01)。结论两种消毒方法杀灭率符合相关行业标准,达到检疫处理要求,但加压雾化消毒法杀灭率更高,且具有不开柜消毒的优点,能提高工作效率及通关速度。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the disinfection effect of two kinds of peracetic acid disinfection methods on containers. Methods Peracetic acid pressurized atomization disinfection method and peracetic acid fumigation disinfection method were used to disinfect the articles in the container. The number of natural bacteria on the surface of the three parts of the container was compared before and after disinfection, and the killing rate was calculated. Results the colony number of the two methods decreased obviously after disinfection. The killing rate of peracetic acid and peracetic acid fumigation was 95.6 and 90.1, respectively (蠂 ~ (2 +) 220.73 ~ (3) P _ (0.01). Conclusion the killing rate of the two disinfection methods is in line with the relevant trade standards and meets the requirements of quarantine treatment, but the sterilization rate of pressurized atomization disinfection method is higher, and it has the advantages of not opening the cabinet, and can improve the working efficiency and customs clearance speed.
