临床分离念珠菌的特征及耐药性研究

【摘要】：目的研究临床分离念珠菌的特征及其耐药性,为合理用药提供参考依据。方法采用真菌分离鉴定技术和药敏试验方法,对某医院住院患者临床送检标本进行念珠菌种类调查和耐药性分析。结果调查期间从该医院临床送检病原学标本中,共检出念珠菌497株,分离菌株数居前三位的科室是呼吸科、重症监护病房和神经内科。有54.33%的菌株分离自呼吸道标本,另有16.70%的标本为泌尿生殖道标本。临床分离的念珠菌主要是白色念珠菌,占62.78%,其次是光滑念珠菌。临床分离的念珠菌对5-氟胞嘧啶和两性霉素B敏感率较高,但耐药率呈现逐年增加趋势。结论临床分离的念珠菌多数为白色念珠菌,主要为呼吸道感染,对抗念珠菌药敏感率均在60%以上,但耐药性有增加趋势。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the characteristics and drug resistance of clinical isolates of Candida. Methods fungal isolation and identification technique and drug sensitivity test were used to investigate Candida species and drug resistance of clinical samples of hospitalized patients in a hospital. Results during the investigation, 497 strains of Candida were detected from the clinical samples of this hospital. The first three departments were respiratory department, intensive care unit and neurology department. 54.33% strains were isolated from respiratory tract and 16.70% from genitourinary tract. Candida albicans were mainly isolated, accounting for 62.78%, followed by Candida smoothing. The sensitivity of clinical isolates to 5-fluorocytosine and amphotericin B was higher, but the resistance rate was increasing year by year. Conclusion Candida albicans are mostly Candida albicans, which are mainly respiratory tract infections. The susceptibility rates of Candida albicans are over 60%, but drug resistance is increasing.
