南昌市医疗机构不同环境空气和物体表面消毒现状

【摘要】：目的掌握南昌市各级医疗机构不同环境空气和物体表面的消毒卫生现状,分析医疗机构消毒工作存在的问题,提出预防和控制院内感染的对策。方法按照2002年版《消毒技术规范》的方法进行采样和监测,结果依据GB15982-1995《医院消毒卫生标准》进行判定。结果各级医疗机构空气消毒平均合格率为67.72%,其中市级医疗机构合格率为66.84%,区县级医疗机构为73.88%,其他医疗机构为64.63%;不同环境中,Ⅰ类为100%,Ⅱ类为54.56%,Ⅲ类为79.04%;物体表面消毒平均合格率为90.86%,其中市级医疗机构为98.99%,区县级医疗机构为86.63%,其他医疗机构为92.09%;不同环境中,Ⅰ类为100%、Ⅱ类为94.37%、Ⅲ类为90.39%、Ⅳ类为80.99%。结论南昌市不同级别的医疗机构空气消毒合格率普遍较低,尤其是农村县区医疗机构Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类环境空气消毒效果差;物体表面消毒质量较好,但仍然存在不足,应进一步加强监督和管理。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation of disinfection of air and surface of objects in various levels of medical institutions in Nanchang, analyze the problems existing in disinfection of medical institutions, and put forward countermeasures to prevent and control nosocomial infection. Methods sampling and monitoring were carried out according to the 2002 edition of the Technical Specification for Disinfection. The results were determined according to the GB15982-1995 Standard of Disinfection and Sanitation in Hospitals. Results the average qualified rate of air disinfection in medical institutions at all levels was 67.72, in which the qualified rate of municipal medical institutions was 66.84, that of district and county medical institutions was 73.88, and that of other medical institutions was 64.63.
