不同温度氯离子溶液对器械锈蚀影响的研究

【摘要】:目的观察不同温度氯离子溶液对医疗器械锈蚀的影响作用,为正确使用和处理再生医疗器械提供可靠的科学依据。方法将符合试验要求的器械分别浸泡于15、20、25、30、35℃的0.1 125%氯化钠溶液中,再浸泡2、4、6、8h后,分别观察器械及溶液的变化;同时设纯水对照。结果氯离子会导致再生医疗器械发生锈蚀,且随着温度的升高和浸泡时间的延长,器械锈蚀程度逐渐加重;而浸泡于纯水中的器械在不同温度和时间均未出现锈蚀。结论正确使用和处理再生医疗器械可以减少器械发生锈蚀的概率。
