2008-2012年某医院职业暴露危险因素监控与防护对策分析

【摘要】：目的了解医务人员职业暴露现状及危险因素,提出预防对策。方法通过资料调查方法,对某医院2008-2012年连续5年医务人员职业暴露资料进行调查与分析。结果该医院临床医务人员连续5年共发生322例职业暴露,护士岗位人员占57.5%,其中锐器伤282例,黏膜暴露40例。在发生职业暴露的医务人员中,工作年限在5年以下的人员占60.6%。发生职业暴露最多的科室集中在病房,以一次性注射器损伤最多。暴露源以血源性传染性疾病为主。结论该医院临床医务人员职业暴露主要是锐器损伤,以护士为主,规范操作行为和严格管理应作为重点防护对策。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation and risk factors of occupational exposure of medical personnel and to put forward preventive measures. Methods the data of occupational exposure of medical staff in a hospital from 2008 to 2012 were investigated and analyzed. Results 322 cases of occupational exposure occurred in the clinical medical staff of the hospital for 5 years in succession. The nurses accounted for 57.5 cases, including 282 cases of sharp instrument injury and 40 cases of mucosal exposure. Among the medical staff exposed to occupational exposure, the number of persons with working life less than 5 years was 66. 6%. The departments with the most occupational exposure were concentrated in the ward, and the disposable syringe injury was the most. The main sources of exposure were blood borne infectious diseases. Conclusion the occupational exposure of clinical medical staff in this hospital is mainly acute injury, mainly nurses, standardized operation behavior and strict management should be taken as the key protective measures.
