呼吸机管路集中清洗消毒方法的改进

【摘要】:目的提高呼吸机管路及配件清洗消毒质量,防止医院感染。方法对复用呼吸机管路进行机洗前采用温水和多酶液浸泡配合刷洗及借助烘干机干燥的处理方法,对清洗消毒后的呼吸机管路采用目测法和采样监测进行效果评价。结果改进清洗方法后的呼吸机管路清洗消毒效果明显优于改良前,呼吸机管路及附件清洗消毒合格率由92.6%提升至99.9%。采样清洗消毒后的呼吸机管道及配件各30件均未检出致病微生物,达到高效消毒水平。结论改良后的清洗消毒方法效果可靠,切实保障清洗消毒质量,有效减少医院感染的发生。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the quality of cleaning and disinfection of ventilator pipes and accessories to prevent nosocomial infection. Methods the reused ventilator pipes were treated with warm water and multi-enzyme solution soaking and brushing before machine washing and drying with the aid of dryer. The effectiveness of the ventilator pipeline after cleaning and disinfecting was evaluated by visual test and sampling monitoring. Results the disinfection effect of the improved cleaning method was obviously better than that before the improvement. The qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection of ventilator pipes and accessories was raised from 92.6% to 99.9%. No pathogenic microorganism was detected in 30 ventilator tubes and accessories after sampling and disinfection, which reached the level of efficient disinfection. Conclusion the improved cleaning and disinfection method is effective and effective in ensuring the quality of cleaning and disinfection and reducing the incidence of nosocomial infection.
