稳定性固体二氧化氯的研究
[Abstract]:Chlorine dioxide is a new era green disinfectant recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United States Environmental Organization (EPA),). It is widely used in water treatment, bleaching and food processing because of its broad spectrum, high efficiency, speed and safety. Air fresheners and health and epidemic prevention and other areas. Compared with other fungicides, chlorine dioxide cuts off the carbon chain of protein amino acids of microbial cells through its own strong oxidation, which makes the cells lose their activity, thus achieving the purpose of bactericidal, so it is not easy for microbes to produce drug resistance. As a disinfectant, chlorine dioxide can not only kill common bacteria, but also kill and inhibit typhoid fever, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, poliomyelitis and influenza A (H1N1) virus worldwide. At present, chlorine dioxide is widely used in various industries around the world, and there are many preparation methods, which are mainly divided into two categories: electrochemical method (electrolysis) and chemical method. The chemical method is divided into two kinds according to the principle of reaction: oxidation method and reduction method. According to the state of use, chlorine dioxide products can be classified into stable liquid chlorine dioxide and stable solid chlorine dioxide. In this paper, the preparation, analysis and antimicrobial test of stable solid chlorine dioxide have been studied and compared with several best-selling products in the market. The stable solid chlorine dioxide disinfectant is mostly white powder, tablet, block agent, colloid and so on. It has the characteristics of simple use condition, convenient carrying, long validity period, small storage space, no air pollution and so on. The main components of this experiment are sodium chlorite, solid acid, stabilizer and coating agent. It is a kind of white powder and its aqueous solution is yellowish green liquid with irritating smell. The test method of chlorine dioxide was studied after it was prepared into aqueous solution, and the optimum test method was obtained by comparing with the test results of three best-selling products. Finally, through suspension quantitative germicidal experiment, the germicidal effects of these products were studied and compared, and the corresponding conclusions were drawn.
