新型登革热传播媒介监测诱蚊诱卵器开发应用研究

【摘要】:登革热是由蚊虫传播登革热病毒引起的急性传染病,随着城市化和全球一体化的快速发展、过分依赖杀虫剂导致抗药性等问题20世纪80年代以来流行越来越严重,全球每年有百多万病例,近25亿人口受到登革热的威胁。我国自1978年广东省再次爆发本病流行后,有不断蔓延并向北移动扩散的趋势。由于登革热仍没有特异性疫苗和治疗药物,所以加强登革热及媒介监测和控制仍是当前最有效的预防措施,WHO特别强调加强新型敏感的媒介监测方法的研究。本课题来源于广东省疾病预防控制中心的广东省应急病原检测重点实验室启动研究项目,属广东省重点科技项目(2003B60127)。 本研究目的是根据登革热必须通过蚊虫的叮咬传播和蚊虫吸血后产卵的特点,研究开发对伊蚊特异性高的诱蚊诱卵器(Mosquito and oviposition trap,Mosq-ovitrap),建立科学高效、简便可行的监测方法,既监测社区环境伊蚊密度,又采集社区环境中吸血后最可能带毒的蚊虫,,利用PCR和细胞培养等技术对蚊虫进行登革热病毒的带毒监测,建立简易、科学、可行的登革热媒介的监测体系,再结合登革热疾病监测,为建立登革热可能流行的分级预警体系奠定基础。 1.诱蚊诱卵器(Mosq-ovitrap)的设计开发研究:根据白纹伊蚊喜欢趋向黑色、在阴凉潮湿的场所栖息活动,吸血后需寻找容器清水型积水,并在潮湿粗糙表面上产卵的生态特点,参考美国开发的诱卵杯,结合诱蝇笼的捕蝇原理,有针对性设计诱蚊诱卵器。
