北京市中学生传染病相关知识知晓情况及影响因素

【摘要】:目的了解北京市中学生传染病防治相关知识知晓情况及其影响因素,为学校开展有针对性的传染病防治健康教育提供参考。方法采用两阶段分层整群抽样的方法,对北京市18个区县98所中学7 691名中学生进行学生传染病防治相关知识的问卷调查。结果北京市中学生传染病相关知识题的知晓率在19.6%~94.7%之间。传染病传播途径方面题目的平均得分较低,为(0.48±0.19)分。城区学生传染病知识得分高于郊区学生,女生高于男生(P值均0.01)。除传染病预防外,其他知识得分均随着年级的升高而升高;除温度计使用外,其他知识得分均为受过学校传染病健康教育者得分较高(P值均0.01)。多重线性回归分析显示,性别、所在地、年级、父亲的受教育程度及是否接受过学校传染病健康教育是传染病知识得分的影响因素(t值分别为5.37,-4.97,6.64,-6.40,-11.91,P值均0.01)。结论北京中小学生传染病相关知识的知晓率有待提高,特别是传播途径方面。传染病知识的获得受学校、家庭等多种因素影响,学校传染病健康教育的作用应当受到重视。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge of infectious disease prevention and control among middle school students in Beijing and its influencing factors so as to provide reference for health education on infectious disease prevention and control in schools. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 7 691 middle school students from 98 middle schools in 18 districts and counties of Beijing by means of two-stage stratified cluster sampling. Results the awareness rate of infectious disease related knowledge of middle school students in Beijing was 19.6% or 94.7%. The average score of infectious disease transmission was (0.48 卤0.19). The score of infectious disease knowledge of urban students was higher than that of suburban students, and that of girls was higher than that of boys (P < 0.01). Except for the prevention of infectious diseases, the scores of other knowledge increased with the increase of grade, except for the use of thermometers, the scores of other knowledge were higher than those of the health educators of infectious diseases in schools (P < 0.01). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that sex, location, grade, father's level of education and school health education on infectious diseases were the influencing factors of infectious disease knowledge scores (t = 5.37 -4.97 卤6.64, respectively). -6.40? -11.91? P = 0.01). Conclusion the knowledge rate of infectious diseases among primary and middle school students in Beijing needs to be improved, especially in the way of transmission. The acquisition of infectious disease knowledge is influenced by many factors, such as school, family and so on, so the function of infectious disease health education in school should be paid more attention to.
