洋葱伯克霍尔德菌医院感染及耐药机制的研究进展

【摘要】：正洋葱伯克霍尔德菌(Burkholderia cepacia,BC)是近年来院内感染的几种重要条件致病菌之一,通常对健康人体并不致病,多侵袭免疫力低下的个体,常定植于囊性纤维化(CF)和慢性肉芽肿患者的肺部,是CF患者的高毒力、高致死性病原菌。该菌临床分离率不断增加,且对多种抗生素具有较高的耐药性,临床相关感染治疗困难。本文主要就BC医院感染特点、耐药性及治疗现状作一简要综述。
[Abstract]:Burkholderia cepacia (BC) is one of the most important conditions for nosocomial infection in recent years. And is a high-toxicity and high-lethal pathogenic bacterium of the CF patient. The clinical separation rate of the bacteria is increasing, and the clinical separation rate of the bacteria is high, and the clinical-related infection treatment is difficult. In this paper, the characteristics, drug resistance and treatment status of BC hospital infection are briefly reviewed.
