邻苯二甲醛复方制剂与材料相容性的研究

【摘要】:目的研究邻苯二甲醛及其复方的消毒相关性能,选择合适的组方原料。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验和现场模拟试验方法,对复配邻苯二甲醛杀菌效果及其稳定性进行观察。结果用含邻苯二甲醛4 800 mg/L水溶液作用1 min,对大肠杆菌和金黄葡萄球菌平均杀灭率为99.90%以上;以含5 969 mg/L邻苯二甲醛对白色念珠菌作用1 min,平均杀灭率为99.90%以上;对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用120 min,平均杀灭率为100%。含5 969 mg/L邻苯二甲醛对不锈钢、碳钢、铜、铝和马口铁等金属相容性好。于54℃储存14 d,邻苯二甲醛含量下降率为4.98%。结论本研究邻苯二甲醛对细菌繁殖体、真菌和细菌芽孢均具有良好的杀灭活性,对金属材料相容性好,性能稳定。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the disinfection-related properties of phthalaldehyde and its compound, and to select suitable ingredients. Methods the germicidal efficacy and stability of compound phthalaldehyde were observed by carrier quantitative germicidal test and field simulation test. Results the average killing rate of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to 4 800 mg/L aqueous solution of phthalaldehyde for 1 min, was more than 99.90%. The average killing rate of Candida albicans and Bacillus subtilis var. Niger spores exposed to 5 969 mg/L phthalaldehyde and Bacillus subtilis var. Niger was 99.90% and 100% respectively at 1 min, and 120 min, after exposure to 5 969 mol / L phthalaldehyde and Bacillus subtilis var. nigra respectively. 5 969 mg/L phthalaldehyde has good compatibility with stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, aluminum and tinplate.
