一种创伤用纳米银抗菌凝胶预防创伤感染与皮肤刺激性试验研究

【摘要】:目的观察一种创伤用纳米银抗菌凝胶对皮肤创伤感染预防作用及皮肤刺激性。方法通过动物实验方法,对该纳米银抗菌凝胶预防皮肤创伤的效果及其对皮肤刺激性进行观察。结果在试验家兔背部人造伤口上,分别涂抹纳米银抗菌凝胶、京万红软膏和凡士林软膏,在1周内创伤愈合率依次为29.5%、25.5%和15.2%,15 d内创伤愈合率依次为95.2%、93.4%和78.0%。该纳米银抗菌凝胶对实验动物完整皮肤和破损皮肤刺激试验指数评分均为0。结论该创伤用纳米银抗菌凝胶对新鲜创伤伤口具有预防感染的效果,对完整皮肤和破损皮肤均无刺激性。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the preventive effect and irritation of a nano-silver antibacterial gel on skin trauma infection. Methods the preventive effect of the nano-silver antibacterial gel on skin trauma and its irritation to skin were observed by animal experiment. Results the wound healing rates were 29.5%, 25.5% and 15.2%, respectively, when nano-silver antibacterial gel, Jingwanhong ointment and vasilin ointment were applied to the artificial wounds of the back of the experimental rabbits, and the wound healing rates were 29.5%, 25.5% and 15.2%, respectively. Within 15 days, the wound healing rate was 95.2%, 93.4% and 78.0%, respectively. The index score of the nano-silver antibacterial gel to the intact skin and damaged skin of the experimental animals was 0. 5%. Conclusion Nano-silver antibacterial gel has the effect of preventing infection in fresh wound, and has no irritation to intact skin and damaged skin.
