五种邻苯二甲醛消毒剂产品对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭效果的比较

【摘要】：目的比较国内外不同企业生产的五种邻苯二甲醛消毒剂产品对细菌芽孢的杀灭效果,以了解该消毒剂产品实际状况。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验进行实验室观察。结果五种邻苯二甲醛消毒剂产品含量在5 000~6 000 mg/L范围,pH值范围在7.40~8.75。三种国产邻苯二甲醛消毒剂中,一种能在20 min内对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭对数值达到3.0以上,另两种需要作用60 min。两种进口邻苯二甲醛消毒剂作用60 min,对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭对数值均小于3.0。结论目前市售邻苯二甲醛消毒剂对细菌芽孢杀灭效果存在明显差异,应加强市场监督监测力度。
