弓形虫感染的流行病学调查及HLA-DQ基因相关性研究

【摘要】:目的:为了解重庆地区弓形虫感染的流行情况及其危险因素,并从基因水平探讨人类组织相容性抗原系统 HLA-DQ 编码基因和弓形虫易感性之间的关联,为阐明弓形虫病的发病机制和弓形虫感染的预防控制措施提供理论基础。 方法:采用断面研究方法,对重庆市主城区某两个社区的一般人群和宠物(猫狗)饲养者、某两个农贸市场的肉类加工、销售人员以及近郊某中、小学家养宠物(猫狗)和未养宠物的初中生和小学生进行了流行病学调查(包括问卷调查,弓形虫抗体 IgG、IgM、乙肝表面抗原的检测等)。在筛选出的弓形虫感染者中,以年龄、性别、民族、职业人群的工龄、饲养动物的种类和年限为配对条件选取对照组,采用序列特异性引物聚合酶联反应(PCR/SSP)方法,检测感染组和对照组 HLA-DQ1 和 DQ3 基因的分布频率,分析其与弓形虫感染的相关性。 结果:(1)调查的重庆市某两个社区,某中、小学和某两个农贸市场的人群,弓形虫总的感染率为 18.30% ,未发现 IgM 阳性者,一般人群的感染率为 11.11%,为全国平均感染率(5.2%)的 2.14 倍,处于国内较高水平,男女感染率分别为 15.45%和 20.80%。(2)宠物饲养者的弓形虫感染率为 23.89%,显著高于一般人群的感染率,尤其是成人的感染率达到了34.15%,与一般人群的感染率有显著差异。(3)宠物饮食以生食为主的饲
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the prevalence and risk factors of Toxoplasma gondii infection in Chongqing, and to study the association between the HLA-DQ coding gene and the susceptibility of Toxoplasma gondii from the gene level. In order to clarify the pathogenesis of toxoplasmosis and the prevention and control measures of toxoplasmosis, a theoretical basis is provided. Methods: The general population and pet (cat dog) breeders in one of the two communities in the main urban area of Chongqing and the meat processing and sales of a certain two farmers' market were adopted.
