反复应用碘消毒剂可否导致人体过量摄碘的研究

【摘要】: 背景:以碘元素为有效成分的消毒剂在医学领域有着广泛的应用。外科医生在术前进行手部消毒时,含碘消毒剂一直是在世界范围内最经典的、应用最广的选择。碘元素同时是甲状腺激素的合成原料,碘的缺乏可引起多种甲状腺疾病。2001年以来,人们开始认识到,碘的摄入过量同样可使多种甲状腺疾病的发病率增加目的:探讨外科医生反复应用含碘消毒剂进行术前手部消毒是否会引起碘元素过量摄入。方法:使用国际公认的测定方法对上海中山医院长期使用安尔碘刷手的外科医生和器械护士的碘摄入水平进行测定,并在该医院使用新型消毒剂替换安尔碘之后对同样的样本再次进行了测定,作为自身对照。结果:经过对71例样本和61例对照样本的结果分析,发现该人群并不存在碘摄入过量,并且停用含碘消毒剂后该人群碘的摄入水平亦无显著下降。
[Abstract]:Background: disinfectants with iodine as the effective ingredient are widely used in the field of medicine. Iodine disinfectant has always been the most classical and widely used choice in the world when surgeons disinfect their hands before operation. Iodine is also a synthetic raw material for thyroid hormones, and iodine deficiency can cause a variety of thyroid diseases. Since 2001, it has been recognized that excessive iodine intake can also increase the incidence of various thyroid diseases. Objective: to explore whether repeated application of iodine disinfectant to hand disinfection before operation by surgeons will cause excessive intake of iodine. Methods: the iodine intake levels of surgeons and instrument nurses who had been using Aneri brush hand for a long time in Zhongshan Hospital of Shanghai were measured by internationally recognized method, and the same samples were measured again after the hospital replaced with a new disinfectant as self-control. Results: through the analysis of 71 samples and 61 control samples, it was found that there was no excess iodine intake in this population, and there was no significant decrease in iodine intake level after discontinuing the use of iodine disinfectant.
