层流床在预防院内感染中应用效果分析

【摘要】：目的分析粒细胞缺乏患者使用层流床效果、讨论层流床安全使用方法。方法将化疗后粒细胞缺乏症患者分为两组,观察组入住单人间内层流床、对照组入住普通病房,分析其环境细菌培养结果与院内感染率。结果入住层流床的粒细胞缺乏患者感染率较普通病室低,层流床的空气培养结果细菌数少于普通病房。结论加强层流床管理的清洁、维护管理,配合实施保护性隔离措施才能确保层流床使用效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of laminar flow bed in patients with granulocyte deficiency and to discuss the safe use of laminar flow bed. Methods the patients with granulocytosis after chemotherapy were divided into two groups. The observation group was admitted to a single room laminar bed and the control group was admitted to the general ward. The results of environmental bacterial culture and the infection rate in hospital were analyzed. Results the infection rate of granulocyte deficiency patients in laminar flow bed was lower than that in ordinary ward, and the number of bacteria in air culture in laminar flow bed was lower than that in general ward. Conclusion only by strengthening the cleaning, maintenance and management of laminar flow bed and implementing protective isolation measures can we ensure the effect of laminar flow bed.
