腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉在老年股骨颈骨折患者手术中的应用

【摘要】：目的探讨老年股骨颈骨折手术患者实施腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉的临床效果。方法随机选取上蔡协和医院2012年11月至2015年1月期间收治的老年股骨颈骨折患者74例,按照麻醉方式的不同将其分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者行全身麻醉,观察组患者行腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉,对两组患者的麻醉效果及并发症发生情况进行分析。结果观察组患者麻醉期间低血压发生率明显高于对照组,高血压发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患者术后VAS评分明显低于对照组(P0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论老年股骨颈骨折手术患者实施腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉,能有效缓解疼痛,降低并发症发生率,值得推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of lumbar anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods the femoral neck from Union Hospital of Shangcai from November 2012 to January 2015 during the period of fracture in 74 cases, according to the different methods of anesthesia will be divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group underwent general anesthesia, patients in the observation group for combined spinal epidural anesthesia, the anesthesia effect and complications of the two groups were analysed. Results in the observation group, the incidence of hypotension during anesthesia was significantly higher than the control group, the incidence of hypertension was significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05); the VAS score of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P0.05); the complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P0.05). In patients undergoing spinal anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia results of femoral neck fractures in the elderly Drunk, can effectively relieve pain, reduce the incidence of complications, it is worth promoting.
