【摘要】：目的:分析研究不同剂量右旋美托咪啶对七氟醚吸入麻醉诱导的影响。方法:选取2014年5月~2016年2月在我院择期行妇科腹腔镜手术全身麻醉的患者90例,随机分为A组、B组以及C组,A组采取单纯吸入七氟醚麻醉诱导,B组采取右旋美托咪啶0.5μg/kg,C组采取右旋美托咪啶1.0μg/kg,对三组各项观察指标给予对比。结果:与A组对比,B组以及C组入睡时间、气管插管时间以及BIS值≤60时间较短(P0.05),C组缩短明显;B组以及C组吸入期间N次肺活量比A组少,三组都没有出现无意识的肢动、喉痉挛、呛咳屏气以及支气管痉挛,插管条件良好。结论:右旋美托咪啶0.5μg/kg以及1.0μg/kg全部会出现明显的镇静效果,使诱导时间明显缩短,对气管插管时的应激反应给予有效抑制,具有临床推广价值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of different doses of dexmetidine on induction of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia. From May 2014 to February 2016, 90 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic general anesthesia in our hospital were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups: group A and group C were treated by sevoflurane inhalation alone. Group B was induced by dexmetidine 0.5 渭 g / kg and group C was given dexmetomidine 1.0 渭 g / kg.
