新型国产BR850电子挥发罐监测七氟烷消耗量液态体积的可行性研究

【摘要】:目的评价新型国产BR850电子挥发罐测量法监测七氟烷消耗量液态体积的效果。方法选择本院2016年1月至2017年6月静吸复合全身麻醉下行妇科腔镜手术患者79名,于Boaray700麻醉机上加载国产BR850电子挥发罐。采用测量法测算术中吸入七氟烷的液态体积,并与传统公式法、称重法进行比较,采用线性回归分析两两之间七氟烷消耗量的相关性。结果公式法、称重法、测量法测得七氟烷消耗量分别为(33.18±14.06)、(33.87±14.41)、(33.89±14.33)m L,三者两两比较差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。3种方法两两比较七氟烷消耗量的决定系数R2:称重法与公式法为0.977(P0.01),称重法与测量法为0.992(P0.01),公式法与测量法为0.970(P0.01),三者之间均存在正相关。结论新型国产BR850电子挥发罐监测术中七氟烷消耗量液态体积与称重法、公式法效果相当,可满足我国精准化医疗的需求。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of measuring the volume of sevoflurane consumption by a new type of domestic BR850 electronic volatile tank. Methods from January 2016 to June 2017, gynecology was performed under combined general anesthesia and intravenous inhalation in our hospital. 79 patients underwent endoscopic surgery. The liquid volume of sevoflurane inhaled during operation was measured and compared with traditional formula method and weighing method by loading domestic BR850 electronic volatile tank on Boaray700 anesthetic machine. The correlation of sevoflurane consumption between two couples was analyzed by linear regression analysis. The results showed that the consumption of sevoflurane was 33.18 卤14.06 by formula method, weighing method and measuring method respectively. 3.87 卤14.41 卤33.89 卤14.33 mL. There was no significant difference among the three methods. The coefficient of determination of sevoflurane consumption was R _ 2: the weight method and the formula method were 0.977 (P _ (0.01)). The weight method and measurement method were 0.992mP0.01g, and the formula method and measurement method were 0.970g / P0.01g). Conclusion the liquid volume of sevoflurane consumption in the monitoring of domestic BR850 electronic volatile tank is equal to that of weighing method, which can meet the needs of precision medical treatment in China.
