多媒体教学复合医学模拟教学法在椎管内麻醉教学中的应用

【摘要】:目的探索椎管内麻醉教学的培训方法。方法选择规范化培训麻醉住院医师20名,随机分成两组(n=10):A组运用多媒体结合医学模拟教学,B组运用多媒体结合传统医学教学。对两组分别进行理论知识、操作技能和临床综合处理能力考核,评估教学效果。结果A组临床操作技能成绩优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);临床综合处理能力考核中,两组在病史采集、医患沟通、整体评价方面比较,A组成绩均优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论多媒体教学复合医学模拟教学能够提高椎管内麻醉的临床操作技能和临床综合处理能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the training method of intraspinal anesthesia teaching. They were randomly divided into two groups: group A, using multimedia combined with medical simulation teaching and group B, using multimedia combined with traditional medical teaching. The theoretical knowledge, operational skills and clinical comprehensive treatment ability of the two groups were examined, respectively. Results the scores of clinical operation skills in group A were better than those in group B, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). In the assessment of clinical comprehensive treatment ability, the scores of group A were better than those of group B in the aspects of medical history collection, doctor-patient communication and overall evaluation. Conclusion Multi-media teaching combined with medical simulation teaching can improve the clinical operation skills and clinical comprehensive treatment ability of spinal canal anesthesia.
