极低频电磁场对大鼠心血管系统的影响

【摘要】:目的:通过观察极低频电磁场对大鼠心脏、主动脉组织结构、血细胞成分、血液粘度以及对血脂的影响,推测极低频电磁场对人心血管系统的影响,为极低频电磁场辐射损伤机制研究提供理论支持,为心血管疾病的预防及治疗提供新的思路和方法。方法:20只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组和暴露组,将暴露组大鼠置于磁感应强度为140 m T、频率为50 Hz的极低频电磁场装置中,每天暴露5小时,连续30天;而对照组SD大鼠不进行极低频电磁场的暴露。在第30天暴露结束后,对大鼠麻醉固定后分别取各组血液对SD大鼠血常规、血液粘度和血脂进行检测,取心脏和主动脉组织进行苏木素-伊红染色,并观察其结构。结果:暴露组与对照组SD大鼠的外周血液白细胞计数、红细胞计数、血小板计数、血红蛋白浓度以及红细胞比容差异无统计学意义。全血血液粘度和红细胞聚集指数降低(P0.05);总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白降低(P0.05)而高密度脂蛋白无明显变化(P0.05)。心脏和主动脉组织病理学检查显示极低频电磁场对心肌细胞、主动脉组织均有明显损害。结论:极低频电磁场能够降低血液粘度和血脂,改善血液环境,对心血管疾病有良好的预防作用。但是会对心脏和主动脉组织产生损害,应加强对极低频电磁场的防护。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effects of very low frequency electromagnetic fields on the cardiovascular system of human by observing the effects of very low frequency electromagnetic fields on the heart, aorta tissue structure, blood cell composition, blood viscosity and blood lipid in rats. Methods Twenty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups: control group and exposure group. Rats in the exposure group were exposed to an extremely low frequency electromagnetic field with a magnetic induction intensity of 140 m T and a frequency of 50 Hz for 5 hours a day for 30 consecutive days, while SD rats in the control group were not exposed to very low frequency electromagnetic fields. After 30 days of exposure, the rats in the control group were not exposed to very low frequency electromagnetic fields. After anesthetic fixation, the blood samples of each group were taken to detect the blood routine, blood viscosity and blood lipid of SD rats, and the heart and aorta tissues were stained with hematoxylin and eosin. Results: the peripheral blood leucocyte count, red blood cell count, platelet count of SD rats in exposed group and control group were observed. There was no significant difference in hemoglobin concentration and erythrocyte specific volume. The whole blood viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index decreased P0.05A, total cholesterol, total cholesterol, Triglyceride and low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) decreased P0.05) while HDL-C did not change P0.05.Cardiac and aortic histopathological examination showed that very low frequency electromagnetic field (VLF) was applied to cardiomyocytes. Conclusion: very low frequency electromagnetic field can reduce blood viscosity and blood lipid, improve blood environment and prevent cardiovascular disease. Protection against very low frequency electromagnetic fields should be strengthened.
