全身麻醉中右美托咪定的临床应用效果分析

【摘要】：目的分析全身麻醉中右美托咪定的临床应用效果。方法选择2013年1月至2014年12月我院收治的70例行全身麻醉患者为研究对象,根据患者一般资料随机分成对照组与观察组。对照组患者应用常规麻醉治疗,观察组患者应用右美托咪定麻醉治疗,比较两组患者的临床应用效果。结果观察组患者的平均动脉压和术后睁眼时间等均优于对照组,观察组术后麻醉恢复期发生寒颤概率小于对照组,观察组临床效果高于对照组,两组对比差异显著(P0.05)。结论全身麻醉患者应用右美托咪定可以有效抗焦虑,起到镇静和镇痛的治疗效果,还能减轻患者应激反应,使患者血液动力得到稳定。使用右美托咪定后减少了麻醉剂的用量,降低了寒颤的发生率和心肌缺血发生率,有效改善患者各种临床症状,提高临床治愈率,值得推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical application of right metoimidine in general anesthesia. Methods 70 cases of general anesthesia treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected as study objects. According to the general data of the patients, they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine anesthesia, and the patients in the observation group were treated with dexmetomidine. Results the mean arterial pressure and postoperative eye opening time in the observation group were better than those in the control group. The probability of chills in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the clinical effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion the use of dexmetomidine in patients with general anesthesia can be effective in anti-anxiety, sedation and analgesia, and can also reduce the stress response of the patients. After the use of dexmetidine, the dosage of anesthetic was reduced, the incidence of chills and myocardial ischemia was reduced, the clinical symptoms were improved and the clinical cure rate was increased. It is worth popularizing and applying.
