【摘要】：正妊娠合并急性胰腺炎非常少见,多发生于孕晚期,一旦发生,病情急,进展快,并发症多,常危及孕妇和胎儿的生命安全。目前多采取内科保守治疗,但治疗效果不佳时,应及时终止妊娠。本文回顾我院11例妊娠晚期合并急性胰腺炎行剖宫产产妇的麻醉处理,现报道如下。资料与方法一般资料我院2006~2013年妊娠晚期合并急性胰腺炎行剖宫产产妇11例,均为急诊手术,其中双胎2例,死胎1例,年龄21~38岁,孕34~39周,ASAⅡ~Ⅳ级。临床症
