控制性低血压后不同恢复时间对大鼠血浆脑红蛋白表达的影响

【摘要】:目的观察控制性低血压持续2 h对大鼠血浆Ngb表达的影响。方法 30只SD大鼠随机分为手术对照组(A组)和控制性MAP 60 mm Hg持续2 h组(C组)。C组按控制性低血压后恢复时间的不同分为4组,C1组为控制性低血压后6 h;C2组为控制性低血压后12 h;C3组为控制性低血压后24 h;C4组为控制性低血压后48 h。C组用硝普钠复合盐酸艾司洛尔诱导控制性低血压。在术中使用机械通气技术保证术中氧供。酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)法检测血浆Ngb的表达。结果 (1)术中大鼠的肛温维持在37~38℃。术中均能够通过血管活性药物泵速的调节和麻醉深度的调节维持MAP在57~63 mm Hg的范围内波动,各小组内和各小组间的变化不明显;在停止使用血管活性药物后所有动物的MAP均能逐渐回升。所有动物在复压阶段均没有使用升压药物。所有实验动物在术中,生命体征平稳。各时间点存活率100%。硝普钠复合盐酸艾司洛尔诱导控制性低血压后,大鼠C组大鼠血浆中Ngb的表达逐渐增强,至24 h达峰,其后逐渐下降。结论在硝普钠复合盐酸艾司洛尔诱导控制性低血压后,控制性低血压的相关神经损伤风险在术后24 h后逐渐增强。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of controlled hypotension on plasma Ngb expression in rats for 2 h. Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: control group A (n = 30) and controlled MAP 60 mm Hg group (n = 2). The recovery time was divided into 4 groups: control hypotension group C 1, control hypotension group C 2, control hypotension 12 h, control C 3, control hypotension 24 h, C 4, 48 h after controlled hypotension, group C with sodium nitroprusside combined with esmolol hydrochloride.
