老年全麻患者体温变化对麻醉后苏醒及拔管时间的影响分析

【摘要】：目的:探讨老年全麻患者体温变化对麻醉后苏醒及拔管时间的影响分析。方法:选择我院行全麻手术的老年患者60例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组全麻后行常规手术处理,观察组全麻后,术中采取保暖措施,观察并记录两组患者腋下体温,术后苏醒时间以及拔管时间。结果:对照组的平局腋下体温为35.0℃,苏醒时间(75±9.5)min,拔管时间(35±5.6)min,观察组分别为36.5℃、(46±6.3)min、(15±3.2)min。结论:老年患者无论从手术角度或麻醉方面均存在极大风险,手术中药评判各种诱因,降低风险,选择正确的麻醉方式和用药控制,充分做好术前评估,术中麻醉管理,使老年患者可以在很大程度上安全地完成手术,顺利康复。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of body temperature change on the recovery and extubation time after anesthesia in elderly patients with general anesthesia.
