人工流产术麻醉中不同剂量地佐辛复合丙泊酚应用效果比较

【摘要】：目的:探讨人工流产麻醉中不同剂量地佐辛复合丙泊酚的应用效果。方法:将90例人工流产患者随机分成3组,每组30例。于麻醉诱导期A组、B组、C组分别静脉推注0.05 mg/kg,0.075 mg/kg,0.10 mg/kg地佐辛,再于10 min后静推丙泊酚。比较3组麻醉效果。结果:3组T_1时点MAP,HR均有明显下降,C组下降最为明显(P0.01),A组T_2时点相对于T_0有显著上升,经追加丙泊酚后下降(P0.01);A组苏醒时间明显长于B组及C组,C组又明显长于B组(P0.01),A组丙泊酚用量明显大于B组及C组(P0.01);A组局部注射痛发生数明显多于B组、C组,C组呼吸抑制发生数明显多于A组、B组(P0.05)。结论:在人工流产术中使用0.75 mg/kg地佐辛复合丙泊酚麻醉效果好,对呼吸循环抑制小。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of different doses of dizosin combined with propofol in artificial abortion anesthesia.Methods: 90 cases of induced abortion were randomly divided into 3 groups, 30 cases in each group.During anesthesia induction period, group A and group B were given intravenous injection of 0. 05 mg / kg of 0. 075 mg 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1) and 0. 10 mg/kg of dizoxin respectively, and then intravenous injection of propofol for 10 min.Anaesthesia effect was compared among 3 groups.Results the MAPHR of group C was significantly lower than that of group C, and that of group A was significantly higher than that of group T0.After adding propofol, the recovery time of group A was significantly longer than that of group B and group C, and the dosage of propofol in group A was significantly longer than that in group B and group C (P 0.01). The number of local injection pain in group A was significantly longer than that in group B and group C.The incidence of absorption inhibition was significantly higher than that of group A and B (P 0.05).Conclusion: the anesthetic effect of 0. 75 mg/kg dizosin combined with propofol in induced abortion is good and the inhibition of respiration and circulation is small.
