EnCor真空辅助微创旋切系统治疗副乳52例

【摘要】：目的探讨真空辅助微创旋切系统切除副乳的可行性及效果。方法我院2014年3月~2016年3月采用超声引导下真空辅助微创旋切术治疗52例62个副乳,局部麻醉,全程超声引导,使用真空辅助微创旋切系统完整切除副乳。结果 1例皮下瘀斑,所有患者切口均无感染及血肿,均无皮瓣坏死等严重术后并发症,所有切口均Ⅰ期愈合。52例随访2~26个月,平均13.4月,术后外观良好,上肢活动功能不受影响,疗效满意。结论真空辅助微创旋切系统切除副乳手术安全,美容效果好,值得在有条件的单位推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the feasibility and effect of vacuum assisted minimally invasive excision of accessory milk. Methods from March 2014 to March 2016, 52 patients with 62 accessory breasts were treated with vacuum assisted minimally invasive gynecotomy under the guidance of ultrasound. Results one patient with subcutaneous ecchymosis had no infection or hematoma in all incisions, no serious postoperative complications such as skin flap necrosis and so on.
