枸杞多糖对电离辐射小鼠睾丸组织损伤的保护作用

【摘要】:目的观察枸杞多糖对X射线电离辐射小鼠睾丸组织损伤的保护作用。方法雄性昆明小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、枸杞多糖低剂量和高剂量组,给药组动物分别按照0.25 g/kg和1 g/kg剂量灌胃枸杞多糖,其余组动物灌胃蒸馏水,每日一次。第7天小鼠经水合氯醛麻醉仰卧位固定,仅睾丸部位接受X射线照射(3.0 Gy),正常组小鼠仅麻醉不照射。照射后各组小鼠继续灌胃药物,第21天处死动物取睾丸及附睾,称定质量并观察精子活力、精子密度以及睾丸生精小管结构。结果枸杞多糖各组小鼠一般状况均优于模型组,枸杞多糖高剂量组小鼠睾丸质量与模型组比较明显增加,精子数量和活力明显升高,组织病理学显示枸杞多糖高剂量组小鼠睾丸生精小管内含大量精子,部分区域见少量生精细胞脱落。结论枸杞多糖对X射线所致的小鼠睾丸组织损伤有明显的保护作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the protective effect of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides on testis injury induced by X-ray ionizing radiation in mice. Methods male Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, low dose group and high dose group. The animals in the drug group were given intragastric administration of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides at the doses of 0.25 g/kg and 1 g/kg, respectively. The other groups were given distilled water once a day. On the 7th day, mice were anesthetized by chloral hydrate and fixed in supine position, and only the testis were exposed to 3.0 Gy of X-ray irradiation, while those in the normal group were only anesthetized and not irradiated. After irradiation, mice in each group continued to be gavaged. On the 21st day, the mice were killed to take testis and epididymis, and the sperm motility, sperm density and testicular seminiferous tubule structure were observed. Results the general status of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides in each group was better than that in the model group. The testis quality and sperm number and motility of the mice in the high dose group increased significantly compared with the model group. Histopathology showed that large amounts of spermatozoa were found in testis seminiferous tubules and a small number of spermatogenic cells were found in some regions in the high dose group of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides. Conclusion Lycium barbarum polysaccharide has obvious protective effect on X-ray induced testicular injury in mice.
