【摘要】：正唇腭裂是口腔颌面部最常见的先天性畸形,发病率约为1.82%,手术是唇腭裂治疗的重要手段。然而,由于儿童患者病理生理特征较为特殊,因而其全身麻醉后并发症发生率较高,容易出现舌后坠、缺氧、躁动不安、心率加快等并发症,儿童患者并发症发生率高达20%以上,而成年人并发症发生率仅为5%左右。呼唤式护理是一种有
[Abstract]:Cleft lip and palate is the most common congenital malformation in the oral and maxillofacial region. The incidence is about 1.82%. Surgery is an important means for the treatment of cleft lip and palate. However, because of the special pathological and physiological characteristics of the children, the incidence of complications after general anesthesia is high, and the complications such as tongue falling, anoxia, restlessness, and heart rate quickening are easy to occur. The incidence of complications was as high as 20%, while the incidence of complications in adults was only about 5%.
