利血平在高血压围术期的应用进展

【摘要】：已使用近八十多年的利血平以其温和、持久的降压特点及低廉的价格在临床被广泛应用,但高血压患者术前长时间服用利血平对术中血压的影响在临床一直存在争议。为此,本文从利血平的发展史、药理作用、与其他药物的相互作用及在高血压围术期中的应用等方面作一简述,以期对临床有所裨益。
[Abstract]:Reserpine, which has been used for more than 80 years, has been widely used in clinical practice for its mild, lasting hypotension and low price. However, the effect of reserpine on intraoperative blood pressure in patients with hypertension has been controversial in clinical practice. In this paper, the history, pharmacological action, interaction with other drugs and its application in the perioperative period of hypertension were reviewed in order to benefit clinical practice.
