智能医用冰箱控制系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着医疗体制改革的不断深化,国家对医院在药房管理上的要求也更加严格,特别是毒麻制剂和精神类等贵重危险药品的管理和存放问题,《中华人民共和国药品管理法》及《麻醉药品和精神药品管理条例》(国务院令第442号)第四章,第三十七条规定,强制要求医疗机构有保证麻醉药品和第一类精神药品安全储存的设施和管理制度。但是由于现行医院的药品管理体制固化,相关法律法规的影射力度不够,人为因素影响较大,使得药品管理工作进展较为困难,难以实现对毒麻制剂、精神类药品的统筹管理。同时造成人力和资源的浪费,且毒麻制剂、精神类药品得不到安全的存放,最终导致效率低下等问题。基于这些问题,本文对当前多家医院危险贵重药品的管理工作进行调查,并结合医院需求和相关法律法规的要求做出需求分析,研究国内外智能医用冰箱的一些优秀成果,在这些研究成果的基础上取其精华去其糟粕,提出智能医用冰箱的课题研究方向。结合Android开发技术、Web Service技术以及虹膜识别技术提出了智能医用冰箱控制系统的设计,并能够实现对毒麻制剂、精神类药品的统筹管理,保证毒麻制剂、精神类药品的安全存放,实现此类药品的“专人”、“专柜”、“专册”管理。 本文通过对Android技术的研究和分析,提出了基于Android系统的智能医用冰箱的控制系统,并采用蓝牙、串口技术完成控制系统与控制板、虹膜识别设备之间的命令和数据通信,做到软硬件的完美结合。采用Web Service技术完成智能医用冰箱控制系统与智慧医疗平台间的数据传输和信息交互。药品条码查询平台为其提供Web服务接口,实现条码查询功能。该控制系统由四部分组成,包括控制终端(Pad),控制板,智慧医疗平台以及它们之间的接口。控制终端的软件系统是由药品管理子系统、人员管理子系统、设备管理子系统组成,并对这几个模块的设计思想进行了详细的描述,并给出了实现方法,做到人机界面的友好交互。各种设备通过串口集成在控制板上,控制板通过蓝牙与控制终端(pad)进行通信,,实现控制终端对各硬件控制。虹膜识别设备直接与控制终端(Pad)进行通信,协同完成人员登录开柜的任务。本文对系统的客户端UI界面和接口方法的设计进行了详细的介绍,并给出具体的实现方法。该系统的设计与研发是通过Google提供的SDK的学习,在Android Studio上完成了系统的各个功能模块的实现,最终实现了智能冰箱的控制软件,并实现对硬件系统的控制。 最后本文通过实验验证该研究并开发的基于Android开发平台的智能医用冰箱控制系统能够很好的实现一些必要的功能,各模块的运行状态良好,系统整体界面友好,操作简单,虹膜识别设备能够很好与控制终端配合完成药品的安全存放工作。适合当前医院的药品管理需求,具有较高的实用价值。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of the medical system, the state's requirements for hospital pharmacy management have become more stringent. In particular, with regard to the management and storage of precious dangerous drugs, such as narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, the Drug Administration Law of the people's Republic of China and the regulations for the Administration of Narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances (decree No. 442 of the State Council), Chapter IV, Article 37, stipulates that Medical institutions are required to have facilities and regulatory systems to ensure the safe storage of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances I. However, due to the solidification of the current hospital drug management system, the lack of innuendo of relevant laws and regulations, and the greater influence of human factors, the progress of drug management is more difficult, and it is difficult to realize the overall management of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs. At the same time, it causes waste of manpower and resources, and toxic drugs and psychotropic drugs can not be safely stored, resulting in inefficiency and so on. Based on these problems, this paper investigates the management of dangerous and valuable drugs in many hospitals at present, and makes a demand analysis combined with the demand of hospitals and related laws and regulations, and studies some outstanding achievements of intelligent medical refrigerators at home and abroad. On the basis of these research results, the research direction of intelligent medical refrigerator is put forward. Combining with Android development technology, web Service technology and iris recognition technology, this paper puts forward the design of intelligent medical refrigerator control system, which can realize the overall management of venom preparation and psychotropic drugs, and ensure the safe storage of venom preparations and psychotropic drugs. Realize this kind of medicine "special person", "special counter", "special book" management. Based on the research and analysis of Android technology, the control system of intelligent medical refrigerator based on Android system is put forward in this paper. The command and data communication between control system and control board and iris recognition device is completed by using Bluetooth and serial port technology. To achieve the perfect combination of hardware and software. The data transmission and information exchange between the intelligent medical refrigerator control system and the intelligent medical platform are accomplished by using Web Service technology. Drug barcode query platform provides Web service interface to realize barcode query function. The control system consists of four parts, including the control terminal, the control board, the intelligent medical platform and the interface between them. The software system of the control terminal is composed of drug management subsystem, personnel management subsystem and equipment management subsystem. The design idea of these modules is described in detail, and the implementation method is given. Achieve the friendly interaction of man-machine interface. All kinds of devices are integrated on the control board through serial port. The control board communicates with the control terminal through Bluetooth to realize the control of each hardware by the control terminal. The iris recognition equipment communicates directly with the control terminal (Padad) and accomplishes the task of login and opening the cabinet. In this paper, the design of client UI interface and interface method is introduced in detail, and the implementation method is given. The design and development of the system is based on the learning of SDK provided by Google. The realization of each function module of the system is completed on the Android Studio. Finally, the control software of the intelligent refrigerator is realized, and the control of the hardware system is realized. Finally, the experiment shows that the intelligent medical refrigerator control system based on the Android development platform can achieve some necessary functions, the operation of each module is good, the overall interface of the system is friendly, and the operation is simple. Iris recognition equipment can work well with the control terminal to complete the safe storage of drugs. It is of high practical value to meet the needs of current hospital drug management.
