新九针疗法治疗肩周炎方案的优化与组合

【摘要】：肩周炎是临床常见病,虽不是重大疾病,但因患者起初并不注意积极治疗,常常致使肩周炎迁延不愈,严重影响日常生活,甚者则由肩周炎导致颈椎病。西医治疗肩周炎的方法主要包括使用非甾体类消炎镇痛药、局部痛点封闭、麻醉下手法松解、手术松解等,可在一定程度上缓解肩关节周围疼痛和恢复关节活动度,但西医治疗维持时间短,不能保证疗效。临床上运用新九针中的钩针松解肩关节周围的粘连组织,火针速刺疼痛部位以温通经脉,对于肩周炎早期、中期疗效确切,能较快地达到止痛和恢复肩关节活动度的作用,且无不良反应,对于时间较长的肩周炎也能有较好的疗效。
[Abstract]:Shoulder periarthritis is a common clinical disease, although it is not a major disease, but because the patients do not pay attention to active treatment at first, it often causes the shoulder periarthritis to be prolonged and not cured, seriously affects daily life, and even causes cervical spondylosis by shoulder periarthritis. Western medicine in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis mainly includes the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs, local blockage of pain points, manual release under anesthesia, surgical release, etc., to a certain extent, it can relieve the pain around the shoulder joint and restore the degree of joint movement. But the western medicine treatment maintains the time to be short, cannot guarantee the curative effect. Clinical application of the new nine needles to release the adhesive tissue around the shoulder joint, and the fire needle to quickly prick the pain site to warm up the meridian, for the early stage of shoulder periarthritis, the medium-term effect is accurate, can quickly achieve pain relief and recovery of shoulder motion. And no adverse reactions, for a longer period of shoulder periarthritis can also have a better effect.
