针药复合麻醉用于老年患者髋关节置换术1例

【摘要】：正患者,女,76岁,160cm,58kg,因"摔跌致左髋部疼痛活动受限"入院,诊断为"左股骨颈骨折"。既往有高血压和糖尿病史,ASAⅡ级。不用术前药。入室测BP 180/95mmHg,HR 86次/分,SpO_2 95%。针刺麻醉取穴:风市、带脉、阿是、百会,其中风市、带脉和阿是均取患侧。针刺行捻转手法,得气后风市、带脉和阿是穴连接G6805-2型电针
