髂筋膜间隙阻滞对老年全髋关节置换术后疼痛的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨髂筋膜间隙阻滞对老年全髋关节置换术后疼痛的影响。方法选取2015年4月~2017年8月本院行全髋关节置换术老年患者60例,将患者随机分为两组,对照组患者使用罗哌卡因,观察组患者罗哌卡因联合右美托咪定,对比两组患者股神经阻滞率,使用VAS法评价两者疼痛程度。结果在股神经阻滞率方面,观察组股神经阻滞率更高(P0.05);在VAS评分方面,观察组静息状态下VAS评分明显好于对照组(P0.05)。结论髂筋膜间隙阻滞可以实现对老年全髋关节置换术后疼痛的有效缓解,改善患者预后生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of iliofascial space block on pain after total hip arthroplasty in elderly patients. Methods 60 elderly patients undergoing total hip replacement from April 2015 to August 2017 were randomly divided into two groups: the control group was treated with ropivacaine, the observation group was treated with ropivacaine combined with dexmetomidine. The rate of femoral nerve block was compared and the pain degree was evaluated by VAS. Results in the aspect of femoral nerve block rate, the femoral nerve block rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and in the VAS score, the VAS score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group. Conclusion Iliofascial space block can effectively relieve the pain after total hip arthroplasty and improve the quality of life of the patients. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
