一例甲状腺巨大肿瘤手术清醒插管麻醉的个案报道

【摘要】：正1病历介绍患者,男,50岁,甲状腺巨大肿物30年,且逐渐加大。住院后拟于择期行甲状腺巨大肿物切除术。患者术前意识状态良好,无心肺基础疾病及药物过敏史,ASAⅡ级,CT检查提示气管偏离中线约0.5~1.5cm,气管受肿瘤压迫狭窄超过30%,不排除气管软化的可能。患者进入手术室后常规进行心电,血压及血氧饱和度监测。麻醉物品及药品准备包括:纤维支气管镜,喉镜,口咽通气道,4.5号、5号、5.5号、7号加强管,2%
