右美托咪定在中老年食管癌手术中的应用

【摘要】：目的探讨右美托咪定在中老年食管癌中的应用效果。方法 100例中老年食管癌手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组麻醉诱导前静脉泵注右美托咪定,对照组给予生理盐水泵注。结果观察组的精神状态评价量表评分(MMSE)评分、镇静评分高于对照组,术后认知功能障碍(POCD)发生率低于对照组,躁动评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组的苏醒时间无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论右美托咪定能够减少中老年食管癌术后的认知障碍,镇静效果满意,且不会延长苏醒时间,效果满意。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of dexmetomidine in the treatment of middle-aged esophageal carcinoma. Methods 100 patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Before anesthesia induction, dexmetomidine was injected by intravenous pump in the observation group, and normal saline was administered in the control group. Results the scores of mental state evaluation scale (MMSE) and sedation score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The incidence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) was lower and the restlessness score was lower than that in the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the recovery time between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion dexmetomidine can reduce the cognitive impairment after esophageal cancer operation, and the sedation effect is satisfactory, and the recovery time is not prolonged and the effect is satisfactory.
