腹腔麻醉前后留置导尿管舒适度与相关护理干预

【摘要】：目的:探讨腹腔麻醉前后留置导尿管的舒适度情况,并探讨相应的护理干预方法。方法:选择接受腹部手术并留置导尿管的56例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各28例。两组患者均给予硬膜外麻醉,观察组患者于麻醉前留置导尿管,对照组患者于麻醉前留置导尿管,比较患者留置导尿管的舒适度,并观察插管前后心率、血压变化。结果:插管后,观察组心率显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。插管中:对照组患者SBP/DBP(mm Hg)与插管前比较,下降显著,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);对照组患者SBP/DBP(1 mm Hg=0.1333 k Pa)显著低于观察组,组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组舒适度显著优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:麻醉前5 min留置尿管,患者的舒适度更高,且应给予患者必要的护理干预,进一步减轻患者留置导尿管的不适感。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the comfort of indwelling catheter before and after abdominal anaesthesia, and to explore the corresponding nursing intervention methods. Methods: 56 patients undergoing abdominal surgery and indwelling catheter were randomly divided into control group (n = 28) and observation group (n = 28). The patients in the two groups were given epidural anesthesia, the patients in the observation group were indwelled with catheter before anesthesia, and the patients in the control group were given catheter before anesthesia. The comfort of indwelling catheter was compared, and the changes of heart rate and blood pressure before and after intubation were observed. Results: after intubation, the heart rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). During intubation, SBP/DBP (mm Hg) in control group decreased significantly compared with before intubation, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); SBP/DBP in control group (1 mm Hg=0.1333 k Pa) was significantly lower than that in observation group (P0.05). The comfort of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: the comfort of patients with indwelling urethral catheter 5 min before anesthesia is higher and the necessary nursing intervention should be given to further alleviate the discomfort of indwelling urethral catheter.
