瑞芬太尼在老年患者麻醉中的临床效果观察

【摘要】：目的:探讨瑞芬太尼在老年患者麻醉中的临床效果。方法:选取60例老年手术患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。观察组采用瑞芬太尼进行麻醉,对照组进行常规麻醉方法即芬太尼麻醉,比较分析麻醉指标。结果:麻醉期间观察组患者血压心率等保持相对稳定,对照组波动较大,观察组拔管时间以及认知能力回复时间较对照组短。结论:瑞芬太尼在老年患者麻醉中的临床效果优秀,值得临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of remifentanil in elderly patients. Methods: 60 elderly patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The observation group was anesthetized with remifentanil, while the control group was anesthetized with fentanyl. Results: during anesthesia, the blood pressure and heart rate of the patients in the observation group remained relatively stable, while in the control group, the extubation time and the recovery time of cognitive ability were shorter than those in the control group. Conclusion: remifentanil is an effective anaesthesia for elderly patients and is worth popularizing.
