亚麻醉剂量氯胺酮-芬太尼辅助小儿区域麻醉的临床效果观察

【摘要】：目的分析小儿区域麻醉应用亚麻醉剂量氯胺酮联合芬太尼的临床疗效。方法选取来我院行手术治疗的145例患儿为研究对象,按照麻醉方法将其分成观察组和对照组,给予对照组患儿单一氯胺酮注射麻醉,给予观察组患儿亚麻醉剂量氯胺酮联合芬太尼辅助注射。结果观察组患儿的心率、呼吸频率、平均动脉压和脉搏氧饱和度明显低于对照组患儿,P0.01,差异显著。在生活质量上,观察组患儿评分明显高于对照组,P0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论亚麻醉剂量氯胺酮-芬太尼辅助注射应用在小儿区域麻醉上疗效显著,有助于提高患儿的生活质量,值得推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical effect of subanesthetic dose ketamine combined with fentanyl in children with regional anesthesia. Methods 145 children who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to the anesthetic method. The control group was given ketamine injection anesthesia. Children in the observation group were given subanesthetized ketamine combined with fentanyl as adjuvant injection. Results the heart rate, respiratory rate, mean arterial pressure and pulse oxygen saturation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.01). In terms of quality of life, the score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Sub-anesthetic dose of ketamine-fentanyl is an effective method for regional anesthesia in children, which is helpful to improve the quality of life of children and is worth popularizing.
