氧化亚氮对HIFU治疗患者FHb及ICAM-1的影响

【摘要】:本次实验旨在研究麻醉气体N2O用于高强度聚集超声治疗中对游离血红蛋白(FHb)及细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)含量的影响,进而探讨其增加组织损伤的作用机制。方法:1、随机抽取50例全身麻醉状态下,,采用高强度聚焦超声治疗的原发性肝癌患者,将其平均分为实验组(N2O组)与对照组(空白组)。2、分别于麻醉前、术中2小时抽取桡动脉血,用类过氧化物酶反应法检测血清中FHb的含量,用细胞酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清中表达的ICAM-1。3、同一时间段,用HIFU治疗仪超声显像系统观察、比较两组患者腹壁厚度变化情况。结果:与对照组相比,实验组腹壁明显增厚,FHb及ICAM-1含量均明显增高,差异有统计学意义。结论:N2O用于高强度聚焦超声治疗中,机体内FHb及ICAM-1含量增高,腹壁厚度增加,导致机体内组织损伤加重。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of anesthetic gas N2O on the content of free hemoglobin (FHb) and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in the treatment of high intensity aggregation ultrasound, and to explore its mechanism of increasing tissue damage. Methods: 1. Fifty patients with primary liver cancer under general anesthesia were randomly divided into experimental group (N2O group) and control group (control group). Radial artery blood was drawn at 2 hours during the operation. The content of FHb in serum was detected by peroxidase reaction method, and the expression of ICAM-1.3, in serum was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) at the same time. The changes of abdominal wall thickness in two groups were observed by HIFU ultrasound imaging system. Results: compared with the control group, the abdominal wall of the experimental group was significantly thickened, and the contents of FHb and ICAM-1 were significantly increased. Conclusion: the contents of FHb and ICAM-1 in the body and the thickness of abdominal wall increased with N2O in the treatment of high intensity focused ultrasound.
