全身麻醉和椎管麻醉用于关节置换手术的临床效果分析

【摘要】：目的分析全身麻醉和椎管麻醉用于关节置换手术的临床效果。方法回顾性分析在本院接受关节置换手术112例患者临床资料,按照数字表法分成两组,对照组采取全身麻醉,研究组采取椎管麻醉,比较两组麻醉效果和并发症情况。结果研究组患者术中出血量和完全苏醒时间均少于对照组;研究组患者术后并发症总发生率12.50%明显少于对照组30.36%,比较差异均具统计学意义(P0.05)。结论椎管麻醉用于关节置换手术较全身麻醉临床效果更佳,安全性更高,术中出血量更少,并发症更少,值得在临床中应用推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical effect of general anesthesia and spinal anaesthesia in arthroplasty. Methods the clinical data of 112 patients undergoing arthroplasty in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. According to the digital table method, 112 patients were divided into two groups: the control group received general anesthesia and the study group received spinal canal anesthesia. The results of anesthesia and complications were compared between the two groups. Results the amount of intraoperative bleeding and the time of complete recovery in the study group were less than those in the control group, and the total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 12.50%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (30.36%) (P0.05). Conclusion compared with general anesthesia, spinal canal anesthesia has better clinical effect, higher safety, less intraoperative bleeding and fewer complications, so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
