全麻下无痛纤维支气管镜检查的临床护理

【摘要】：目的:总结患者在行全身麻醉喉罩通气下行无痛纤维支气管镜检查的护理方法。方法:对55例行全身麻醉喉罩通气下纤维支气管镜检查患者给予精心的护理,包括检查前必备器械药品的准备,细微的心理疏导,检查中娴熟的护理配合,密切的病情观察,检查后体位管理的优化,并发症的仔细观察以及详细的健康指导。结果:全麻下54例患者顺利完成无痛纤维支气管镜检查,检查时间为(15.33±2.83)min;操作中,1例患者出现支气管痉挛,经处理后完成检查。检查结束后45例患者出现咽痛不适,32例患者痰中少量带血,未特殊处理自行好转。结论:加强对全麻下无痛纤维支气管镜检查的护理可以提高检查的成功率,减轻患者痛苦。
[Abstract]:Objective: to summarize the nursing methods of painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy under general anesthesia and laryngeal mask ventilation. Methods: 55 patients undergoing general anesthesia and laryngeal mask ventilation with fiberoptic bronchoscopy were given careful nursing care, including preparation of necessary instruments and drugs before examination, subtle psychological guidance, skillful nursing cooperation during examination, and close observation of the condition. Optimization of postmortem management, careful observation of complications, and detailed health guidance. Results: the painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy was successfully completed in 54 patients under general anesthesia. During the operation of (15.33 卤2.83) min;, one patient developed bronchospasm and completed the examination after treatment. After the examination, 45 patients had pharynx discomfort, 32 patients had little blood in sputum, without special treatment. Conclusion: strengthening the nursing of painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy under general anesthesia can improve the success rate of examination and alleviate the pain of patients.
