【摘要】：正经胃给药是动物实验常规的给药途径之一。由于动物不能有效配合,给这一操作带来困难,有时甚至成为难题。我们在某一动物实验过程中采用超滑导丝引导下给实验家兔下胃管获得了很好的经验,报道如下。1方法和步骤用20%乌拉坦溶液(3~4)m L/kg于耳缘静脉缓慢注射,待实验家兔麻醉后,用绷带将实验家兔四肢分别固定于实验架的木桩上,仰卧位固定。经口腔送入0.035超滑导丝。麻醉状态下的实
[Abstract]:Regular oral administration is one of the routine ways of animal experiment. Because animals can not cooperate effectively, this operation is difficult, sometimes even difficult. In an animal experiment, we obtained a good experience of using super smooth wire to guide the inferior gastric tube of the experimental rabbit. 1 the method and procedure were injected slowly into the auricular vein with 20% uratan solution (3o 4) m L/kg. After anaesthesia, the limbs of the experimental rabbits were fixed on the stumps of the experimental frame with bandage and fixed on their supine position.
