经腹膜后腹腔镜程序化游离肾脏肾癌根治术的疗效

【摘要】：目的探讨经后腹腔镜程序化游离肾脏肾癌根治术的的安全性及有效性。方法回顾性分析2013年8月至2015年12月间行后腹腔镜肾癌根治术的140例患者的临床资料,其中程序化游离肾脏肾癌根治术87例,非程序化游离肾脏肾癌根治术53例。对比分析两组患者围手术期参数。结果 140例均在腹腔镜下完成,两组患者在基本情况、肿瘤位置等方面无差异(P0.05)。经后腹腔镜程序化游离肾脏组肾癌根治术在手术时间、术中出血量、腹膜破裂率、输血情况、肿瘤完整切除率及术后引流量等方面均优于非程序化游离肾脏肾癌根治术,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。术后随访1~3年均无复发及转移。结论经后腹腔镜程序化游离肾脏肾癌根治术疗效显著,值得临床应用和推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the safety and efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy procedure free kidney. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 140 cases from August 2013 to December 2015 underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy in patients, the procedure of free radical nephrectomy was performed in 87 cases, non procedural free radical nephrectomy was performed in 53 cases. Comparative analysis of perioperative parameters in two patients. Results 140 cases were in the laparoscopic group, two patients in the basic situation, no difference in tumor location and other aspects (P0.05). After laparoscopic procedure free radical nephrectomy renal group in the operation time, intraoperative bleeding, peritoneal rupture rate, blood transfusion, tumor the rate of complete resection and postoperative drainage were better than non procedural kidney free radical nephrectomy, the differences were statistically significant (P0.01). The patients were followed up for 1~3 years without recurrence and metastasis. Conclusion retroperitoneal The curative effect of radical nephrectomy for free renal renal carcinoma is remarkable, and it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
